Shipping

Orders are shipped during normal business days/hours, Monday - Saturday between 10am-7pm CST. As we work diliently to process all orders, please allow 1 day for processing once the order has been placed. All orders will arrive within 5-7 business days from the date the order was placed. 

-Exceptions 

Some items listed on the site are custom made and require additional processing time. This includes units with custom color, high demand hair textures, requests for customization, and/or custom styling. In theses cases, we ask for additional processing time to ensure the item is in perfect condition once delivered. Please be advised that these items can take up to 5 business days from processing and will arrive within 14-16 business days.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Generation Z Beauty is not responsible for orders that are lost in the mail, incorrectly proveded addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. If your order is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact FedEx with the given tracking number for further assistance. If your order returns unopened to Generation Z Beauty due to any reason, we will contact you before issuing a refund for the product only.
