 Refunds

Due to the nature of the item and for sanitary purposes, there are absolutely no refunds. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it with the same item from the inital purchase upon receipt of proof.

Exchanges

Upon management approval, you may request an exchange for the same purchase price (before tax) if we are contacted within 3 business days of delivery. Please understand the hair must be in its' original state, cannot altered in any way, and must be returned in its' original packaging. The customer is responsible for the price of the return and must send via FedEx or UPS to ensure proper delivery. Generation Z Beauty must receive the hair in store at least 7 business days from the date that the exhange was requested in order for the exhnage to be considered valid.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, after 3 buisness days of delivery damange claims will not be considered.
